Description of position:

Responsibilities
1. Fulfilling the annual sales target based on the Company’s business strategy;
2. Product sales and channel maintenance, following up on the communication between customers and the Company, and keeping abreast of customer and market information;
3. Management and training of the offline channel sales team in the region;
4. Formulating annual sales forecast, breaking down sales target, and preparing expense budgeting.

Qualifications
1. Junior college degree or above;
2. Experience in the management of teams with more than 10 people;
3. Devoted, considerate and responsible;
4. Have a good sense of service and be able to work under pressure;
5. Highly agile and flexible, and strong communication and coordination skills.
