Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve annual sales targets based on the company's business strategy;

2. Responsible for product sales, channel maintenance, and following up on communication between customers and the company, staying informed about customer and market information;

3. Manage and train the offline channel sales team in the region;

4. Responsible for formulating annual sales forecasts and breaking down targets, as well as budget planning.

 

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or above;

2. Experience managing a team of more than 10 people;

3. Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible;

4. Service-oriented and able to adapt to significant work pressure;

5. Quick-witted and flexible, with strong communication and coordination skills.
